In the first book, Top Secret Recipes, I included a recipe for homemade Orange Julius that was often requested for demonstrations on TV talk shows. Just about every time I did those demos I was asked how to make other Julius flavors. So here they are: strawberry and pineapple. Each one is made like the orange version but has chunks of real fruit thrown in, just like the real thing.

Delicious recipe! I prepared using the frozen sugared strawberries. A 23oz container of them cost about $4.50 and was enough for three batches.
