How do I use my club membership? Make sure you are logged into to your account here. Browse through 1400+ of Todd's original recipes here. Click on the red “Unlock Secret Recipe .79¢” or "TSR Club Members" button to display the full recipe. You will not be charged. The recipe will automatically save to your online recipe box here. Go to How It Works and TSR Club FAQ to learn more.

I purchased a recipe. How can I view it? You can print or view your recipe anytime in your online recipe box here.

How do I unlock Todd's newest (club) recipes? Join the club, go to the club recipe you want, and click on the red "TSR Club Members Click to Open" button to unlock and view the full recipe.

Can free recipes be saved? Log into your account here, then click on "Add to Recipe Box" located underneath the title to save free recipes to your recipe box. 

I cannot view the recipes in my recipe box. Make sure there are no characters typed into the search field on the recipe box page. Click the search button and your recipe box should re-appear.

I forgot my password. Click on link "forgot password" link here located below the red sign in button. Enter your email and a reset password link will be emailed to you.

I am signed up for the newsletter, but the website does not recognize my email. The newsletter sign up is separate from our website. Create an account for our website here to purchase the club, books, spices, and recipes.

Why are the shipping rates so high? The rates quoted are from the United States Postal Service. We do not add any additional fees to the USPS shipping rates. Oftentimes, if you add one more product to your cart, your shipping will stay the same.

What is your refund policy? If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we will issue a full refund. Send your request to admin@topsecretrecipes.com.
