I made this last night for my supper. DELICIOUS and pretty easy to make. I definitely will make again and again!

I haven’t been to a Friday’s, but I can’t imagine the restaurant version being much better than this. It was delicious and I will be adding it to our dinner rotation since everyone cleaned their plates. I added crushed red pepper to my serving, but making it according to this recipe had just the right amount of spice for the rest of the family. Five stars!

Although I have all the books, I never made the original TSR version, but I just had to try out this "refreshed" version. I skipped the shrimps (not a big fan) so I added more chicken. Also, I added a little more parmesan cheese (my own personal taste) and garlic, and I have to say that the recipe was a big hit with the family. This is what I love about TSR, you can either make it exactly like the restaurant which I almost always do, or tweak it a little to suit your own taste which is not possible when ordering out. Also, being a Canadian and not able to cross the border like we used to do so often (I live close to the borders), the TSR books are more precious than ever before! thank you Todd!
