Husband and Son enjoyed them (blueberries) and want repeats!

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too greasy! Next time, I will try 2 T melted butter. My batter was thick and fluffy after I let it sit, but melted across the griddle even though the butter was premelted.

Batter was very runny, and they didnt taste like biscuits at all. Maybe the altitude affects the recipe, as we live in Denver...?

I Love this recipe. Tastes like the real thing. The IHOP by me is always out of the batter, so now I can make them myself. Thank You!

Having never had the original ones, I can't compare them in that regard. I did find the batter to be extremely runny, which I expected because of the flour to milk ratio. We don't mind thin pancakes, but I was hoping for more denseness, as Todd stated. Hubby liked them, but I think that next time, I'll play around with the flour amount.

I made this recipe this morning. They were very good. I mashed a banana into the batter for extra flavor. Like eating a butter flavored buttermilk biscuit. Delicious!!!
