These taste exactly like Subway but better. The macadamia nut are so addicting that I have to keep them frozen and only bake a few at a time. Most of my family is gluten free, so I have made them with measure for measure flour without changing anything else and they were still perfect.

Excellent recipe. Pretty much matches the taste of the Subway cookies exactly.
