I love this recipe, Been using for years but forgot to rate it. 5 ***** I have a dehydrator so easy for the celery for me. I'm a cook at a breakfast joint and save all the heels of bread for this recipe, light/dark/marble ryes, sourdough, white/wheat, Italian , etc. I think it raises the flavor with all the mixed breads. Save and freeze all your ends and older bread and cut and dry in a paper bag, easy peasy.

Very good stuffing recipe. I followed it to the "T" and I will make it again, but its not the same as stove top.

I was thrilled to be able to make this with Gluten Free Bread. Now I can have Stuffing any time I want!!!!
