My kids and friends love this recipe. It's very easy to make although it looks complicated with all the steps.

This has to be the best chicken strip recipe ever. My family requests it all the time. We LOVE the apricot dipping sauce!
If you warm the apricot preserves up a bit...its easier to mix.
(I like to mix the sauce with my mashed potatoes, too....yum!!!!)

Use panko breadcrumbs. Thats what HRC uses.
