Absolutely terrible. The proportions are all wrong and you’ll end up with an over hydrated mess. The first give away should have been volumetric measurements instead of mass. The lack of specificity for the TYPE of yeast is another dead giveaway that this is absolute trash. Stay far away from this “recipe”

I have made this recipe so many times and it never disappoints! I used to work there and find this recipe to be so good. My kids are constantly asking for mw to make them :)

I made the recipe twice once using hands to knead & the other time using my bread machine to knead and rise the dough. Both times the bagels turned out really bland. Nothing like Einstein's. I've bought a few of Todd's recipes with a lot of success but this one gets a big thumbs down from me.

This is a great bagel recipe. I have tried several recipes and this is by far the best. Similar to Einstein's taste. I use about a teaspoon less molasses, it was too strong with all of it.

I really like this recipe, it is very similar to Einstein's.
