Ratings and Reviews of Claim Jumper Cheese Potatocakes

I have never been to the Claim Jumper Restaurant so I can't compare this recipe to the restaurants. The picture looked good and the recipe sounded good. They tasted fine but were not as great as I had hoped for. They went well with the Claim Jumper Meatloaf and the salsa topping was amazing. They were a lot of work and clean up for what you got. I will probably not made the potatoes again, but the topping would be great on a baked potato, hash brown patty or fries. Heck is was even great eaten alone on a spoon.

These were so creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The sauce was great too, I used the extra on fish tacos and it was amazing! Thanks Todd!

This recipe is so amazing it's just like Claim Jumper's, who have unfortunately taken this off the menu. Even my kids love it
