I prepared the chicken without the sauce, added Chili's salsa recipe for great tacos! This recipe is now a staple in our family.

I like going to Chipotle restaurant once in a while and love their chicken. I made this pollo azado for dinner today and it's so delicious, tender, flavorful and better than chipotle. The sauce was so tasty I didn't want it to go to waste so I added it all to the chicken. My family loved it. It was worth the long wait. I will cook my chicken like this from now on. I made a chicken burrito just added some Mexican red rice, black beans and guacamole while my mother made a chicken bowl. I have some left over for tomorrow that will turn into chicken quesadillas or tacos. I can't wait to try making your other Chipotle steak recipes. Thanks Todd!

Omg soooo good!!!!

This recipe was fantastic. It’s probably one of the best on the site we did not put it in burritos, but simply made a lot of this for our healthier lifestyle using chicken breast and then grill in it. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it. We do meal prep and we had to keep the kids out of it. Thanks Todd!

I enjoyed this at Chipotle, but making it at home with this recipe was even better. The marinade is great to begin with, but the sauce gives it even more flavor. I will definitely make this again—highly recommended.
