I am a pretty accomplished home cook. I have all your books and make your recipes a lot. I live on 20 acres in Kentucky, coming from Chicago. We have 4 restaurants near us, all of which have pretty bad food. My husband jokes all the time I am the 5 star restaurant. So thank you Todd. Keep them coming. This recipes was a decent amount of work. Seriously easy to follow and one of the best Bolognese I have ever had. bravo

I almost didn’t bother with this one since I was disappointed in the dish at Olive Garden—but I gave it a shot and was extremely happy with the results of this recipe. It was absolutely delicious, and worth those hours of simmering. I’ll definitely make it again—far better than the dish it’s intended to replicate.
