Ratings and Reviews of Red Lobster Stuffed Shrimp and Stuffed Mushrooms

I really had high hopes for this recipe because I ADORE Red Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms, and they fell a little flat, in my opinion. I tweaked the recipe and came up with what has been my go-to appetizer for over 10 years. All I did was add just a touch of Old Bay (maybe not Red Lobster, but it adds a little more flavor). Also, Monterey Jack works perfectly! Also, instead of the traditional (expensive) lobster, minced roasted shrimp is a good substitution.
