I had high hopes for this recipe as I miss the Creamy Italian at Pizza so bad... But I was greatly disappointed... Again....Tastes nothing like the restaurant dressing...... :(

Todd's recipe is perfect... I added one ingredient and converted it to 48 oz mayo
4 c Hellman's
1 1/3 c Heinz white vinegar
5 tbsp + 1 tsp cane sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp MSG
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Blend ingredients with a stick mixer... refrigerate.
Super badass recipe... exactly perfect

This is extremely close in flavor to Pizza Hut’s original, even without the recommended MSG, which I didn’t have. I’m going to pick some up just for this. I love dipping leftover pizza in the original, now I can make my own at home! Thanks for doing the legwork!
