Chinese Chicken Salad
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
6 cups Napa cabbage, sliced
2 cups red cabbage, sliced
2 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, whole leaves
1 cup mandarin orange wedges, or fresh orange segments
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup fried wonton strips
3/4 cup Top Secret Recipes Sweet Onion Sauce
1. Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce, chopped cilantro and chili flakes for 30 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken (or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes) until done (165 degrees in the center). Cool the chicken and cut it into strips.
3. Toss the remaining ingredients with the chicken in a large bowl and serve.
