I have all the TSR books and bought this one the second it came out. I already made over 20 recipes and still have many lined up that I want to try. Even tough I have been a fan since the first book, I am always amazed how spot on Todd’s versions are and how easy they are to make. With prices going up and quality going down in many restaurants, TRS is more relevant than ever as I can make my own versions for a fraction of the cost and use only the best ingredients.
