So good and easy. That salsa is fantastic. I used red onion instead of white, it was still fine. I did not have corn syrup so I made a thicker simple syrup and that worked fine too. I made extra salsa and firecracker sauce, and repeated the recipe with chicken. Served over brown rice and broccoli. I had fantastic lunches all week. This is a keeper, the recipe is so flexible, tying it next with marinated with tofu.

Great flavors, but my preteen kids weren't crazy about the sweetness of the dish. I only used half the amt of marinade and it was enough for 2 good sized ch. breasts. The orange sections were optional if you don't have it, it didn't add much. I'd make it again for adults.

Excellent flavors my husband said best he has ever had! Just make sure you plan ahead to leave enough time for marinade.

This recipe was by far the best meal I've ever made. My husband LOVED it so much. He told EVERYONE about it. I haven't made it for a few months and he is still talking about it!

This recipe was GREAT! I made it mild because I didn't know how spicy it would be, so the next time I'd kick it up a notch! Sauce was so good, my husband saved it to use as a dipping sauce! I HIGHLY recommend this one!

This was GREAT! I used Hot Chinese Chili sauce instead of regular chili sauce for a extra zip! Next time I will double the Pdg. I used the sauce on grilled beef kabobs and was wonderful.

This was awesome! I have not ordered this at TGIF's but I will if I go. I'd rather make it myself. Next time I'll make extra for leftovers it was that good. Be sure to wear gloves if you cut & clean fresh jalepeno's. Thank you!

I'd never had this before either. It is like a flavor party in your mouth. Scrumptious! Thumbs up from everybody. I doubled the recipe.

The chicken is outstanding all by its self. I Served the chicken over a large bed of spring greens tossed with a dressing of mild sesame oil, a dash of dark sesame oil, seasoned rice vinegar, pinch of sugar and salt and added a toss of toasted slivered almonds. Heaped the PdG on the side of the salad, added the mandarin oranges and poured the KP sauce over all. Fabulous!

I LOVE this dish! I've been making it at home ever since it made it's debut at TGIF's. I'm glad to have the marinade recipe~I made the pineapple pico de gallo on my own and it is almost the same as yours. Thanks for this one!
