I’ve never been to an actual Texas Roadhouse restaurant, so I didn’t know what the original tastes like. I’ve seen all the hype around these rolls, so decided to make this recipe and get a general taste of what I’m in for. I gotta say, the rolls were very good. They were moist, soft, and fluffy. A little sweet, so good to snack on even without the honey butter. I’ve read past reviews and people have been saying to bake the bread less. I did about 10 minutes at 350° and they came out perfectly. Anymore would have been a little toasty. Also, keep an eye on the dough when proofing. I think an hour is a bit excessive, around the 45 minute mark my dough rose more than enough. Overall pretty good. Tasty rolls

I did not find these rolls anything like Texas Road House - they were dry, not tender and they almost burned on the bottom. I agree with other viewers, the bake time was too long or my oven was running hot. But I have been baking for over 30 years and never had this problem before. I will keep looking for another recipe.

I put this on the bread maker for the kneading part. They’re great!

I have no clue what these are supposed to taste like, but they were good. My first time making rolls and i thought they were good. The butter that goes with it is good too. My family enjoyed them. I will keep this recipe and make it again.

These were the best Roadhouse copycat rolls I've tried out of quite a few internet recipes. I used fine grain baking sugar in the dough, which seemed to help dissolve quickly. Only thing I added was a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar to the cinnamon butter.

These turned out amazing and spot on for the restaurant's version! My oven must run hot, as I had to reduce the amount of time to cook these compared to the instructions in the recipe. Other than that, fantastic! We loved the cinnamon-honey butter also!
