These definitely need crushed peppermint candy to top them off...

Brought these brownies to our church Christmas party, and they did not last long. Several people asked me for the recipe, including the pastor's wife!

I have made this recipe several times, and it is always a raving success! It is indeed time consuming, but it is worth it if you would like a dessert that will truly impress. I top it with crushed peppermints instead of the colored frosting.

This recipe is AWESOME!! It is kind've time consuming when you have to wait for each layer to cool completely before adding the next, but they are definately worth the wait! I followed the recipe exactly, except for adding green along with the red and white frosting on top which makes them really festive looking! I've also been keeping them refridgerated which keeps the different layers from getting soft. Many people have said that this is one of the best brownies they have ever had!! These are very rich and have a lot of frosting...yum!!

I made several batches of these. I use my own decadent brownie recipe, not a plain mix in a 9x13 and find there is just enough icing and frosting for all. Not a treat that should be missed, even if your not a huge brownie fan.

I have made these several times, they are ROCKIN! I didn't put the peppermint extract in with the brownie mix, only with the frosting and I added some green food coloring & left off the red decorative frosting. I had request after request for these babies and I didn't mind making and eating them every time!

This recipe was fantastic! My husband actually complained that there was too much frosting... I made this several times last season and look forward to making it this season as well.

YUMMY! Made these babies several time over the Holidays -- people kept requesting them. They are definitely worth the time it takes.
