Excellent. Followed recipe exactly except I did not have pecans. Still turned out great.

My Wife is so happy with this banana bread recipe that she needs to buy me an apron that says "nobody beats me in the kitchen."

I have always struggled with banana bread; it turns out burnt on the outside or raw in the middle, etc. This turned out absolutely perfect and my wife asked for more. I will never need another recipe. Thanks!
