I used to manage for Sizzler, and our recipe was softened margarine thrown into a giant KitchenAid-type mixer with a bunch of Parmesan. Then we'd spread it on the slices and grill them.

Love this, but remember don't use disgusting non tasty kraft cheese use something better like Italian cheese or French.
P.S I still go to sizzler to lazy to cook :D LOL

I made this tonight on leftover hot dog buns with freshly shredded Parmesan (the only way to go as far as I'm concerned - NO KRAFT GRATED JUNK!) and real butter, of course! No margarine in this home! I ate 5 pieces! And nothing else! I felt like I was at Sizzler. :)

I love this recipe and it's quick and inexpensive to make. I like to use my griddle pan so I can make a bunch all at once; and since we don't live near a Sizzler anymore my only choice is to make it. My family has told me often that it is better than that pre-made frozen stuff you get at the store.

This is a very easy recipe...requires a short amount of time to prepare....and tastes wonderful!!
