This is wonderful. The only critique I have is calling us four servings. It’s too good to get so little.

Used frozen spinach, which typically tastes watery, even though I mushed the water out. I think its just not all that flavorful to begin with. Half of the pot went into a jar then, into the fridge.



Suprise: tasted even better the next day. flavor absorbed into the spinach. Yum

Don't let the simple directions and common ingredients fool you. This is very close to the original, and it is delicious!

My family really enjoyed this. We've eaten at Ruth's Chris many times and it's good to eat this at home.

i love this spinach recipe and try to make it a few times a month! i like to bake it in the oven with some cheddar cheese on top after its finished cooking on the stove top-

Amazing!!!! It's even better baked on grilled portabella mushrooms and topped with with diced tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese!!!

I hate cooked spinach. But, I could NOT stop eating this, it's out of this world! Goes great with a good steak!!
