A very good Queso recipe. Does not harden up like some quesos.

Used what i had in the pantry/kitchen: used packets of taco bell mild sauce and salsa instead of listed taco sauce,1 jalepeno and A half cup of red bell pepper instead Of listed peppers, and a quarter cup of minced onion since my family digs onion flavor. BEST QUESO EVER.
