This is also delicious on twice baked potatoes. Very tasty!

I too use more spice than is called for, about twice as much. But we really love garlic, and I use roasted garlic so it is a little sweet. Keep meaning to try the pepper, I just never remember until I am serving the spread. I make this for just about every party we throw OR attend, it is always a big hit and the recipe is always requested.

This was a good recipe, however I felt it needed more of the seasonings for my taste. I also added black pepper since I love the black pepper Boursin cheese spread.
