We tried this recipe for the first time. The store was out of liquid smoke so we used smoked paprika which was also really good!!! Since I already have smoked paprika now I will just use it again because it was really good. I’d imagine the liquid smoke is good too. I couldn’t find a good way to cook Mahi Mahi until now and we will make this over and over again. It was delicious!!! Everyone loved it especially my husband. We highly recommend it! Great with Rice a Roni wild rice.
