I live in Australia, we don't have a P.F Chang's
But HAD a wonderful malaysian restruant who made this dish. They recently moved over an hour away, so I was delighted when I made this recipe and it tasted the same. Just loved it. I used minced garlic and powdered ginger. I also added one chilli, carrot and capsicum. Side dish of boiled rice and my husband thought this dish was divine!
My husband and I have never been to P.F.Chang's, so we cannot compare this to the original. I made this for my husband and three children and they all loved it, which is rare. :) It was so good!!! I did two things differently - I omitted the green onions and replaced them with steamed green beans. I also used my deep fryer for the beef the second time around and the coating stayed on perfectly! The first time, parts of the coating on the beef was sticking to the pan.

I added some corn starch to the sauce to thicken and it was amazing. Also used leftover steak (Costco.) Glad to save the $ and drink cheaper booze. Thanks for sharing!!

This meal was relatively easy to understand and make, and came out great!

My husband asked me to make this dish. I just made this dish for the first time. It is very delicious and super easy to make. Thank you!
I made this the other day and it was identical to the original if not better. If you don't use low sodium soy sauce you don't need salt.

I let the cornstarch-coated beef fry a little longer than instructed to add some crunch. The result is a party in my mouth! I wondered if the author forgot to include salt, how it would tast without without salt, but it was very delicious
Without salt! Easy to cook, very easy to find ingredients, few ingredients, quick cooking! This is now part of our family meal that i will cook. No more calling un for deliveries! Thank you Topsecretrecipes.com!!!!!!

I love PF Chang's Mongolian beef, and this is great. I have made this a dozen times and it is always enjoyed by both family familiar with PF Chang's and not! A favorite, and so easy!
