Fantastic. I used egg substitute, a different cheese mixture, and only crumbled bacon. It would indicate that the combos are only limited by the imagination. As good as Panera's? Absolutely and you choose the concoctions.

I just made this recipe for a baby shower and the guests raved over the souffles. One of my friends said it was actually better than the ones she orders at Panera because these have more filling and a lighter crust. I will make them again for sure.

Awesome dish!! Not exactly what Panera serves you for $2.89 but definitly worth all the hassel of making them. 100% Satisfied customer here.
