One of my favorites from Panda Express and it was spot on. I made this alongside the Panda Express' fried rice copycat recipe.

This copycat is dead-on. My daughters and I kept sneaking bites between frying batches. Every time, we just stared at one another with wide eyes. We couldn't believe that we'd made Bejing Beef in our own kitchen! A+ Recipe.

This is exactly like the restaurant! I made it for my son and everybody loved it. A real keeper!
