I followed this recipe 100% and it's perfect. This was my first time baking bread and it was AMAZINGGGGG
Next time I'm not using food coloring though to save a little money.

This bread was perfection! I did not use the food colors but otherwise followed the recipe to a T. Came out wonderfully. I froze the loaves we didn't eat right away and enjoyed it for many more weeks. Time to make another batch!

I had high hopes for this recipe, but it doesn't taste like the Outback bread. I followed the recipe to the letter (except the food coloring) and it is rather bland compared to the bread served in the restaurant. It's alright if you just want some bread, but disappointing if you want Outback bread.

I was so disappointed in this recipe. I made it to the letter and it was not good. The dusting with cornmeal was horrible. I'm going to try one more time because the bread at Outback is great.

I made this bread for a fondue party (really excellent - the mild sweetness of the bread pairs really well with the salty, creamy cheese sauce). I also left out the coloring which does make it significantly lighter. It was really delicious.
