Since OG just changed this dish to 4 different cheeses, none of them smoked, I was so glad to find this recipe. It is spot on. My daughter's fav app, made last night and it tastes like the real deal, thanks, Todd.

I am a cook at Olive Garden and I make the sauces and soups daily as well. I hate to say it, but these recipes are not the same at all. Not saying they are not good. But this one for example, the copycat recipe is using totally different cheeses than what we use in our smoked mozz funduta. I might give some of these a try to see how they come out though. Not a bad guess as to what goes in each recipe.

This appetizer is one of my favorite Olive Garden dishes, and now I don't have to pay through the nose for it whenever I want it! This tastes just as good as the original, and goes great with any kind of bread or cracker you try!
