Ratings and Reviews of Olive Garden Lasagna Classico

I just made this lasagna for Christmas Eve dinner. It was absolutely delicious!! All of my guests raved about how good it was. As a note, I wanted to follow the ingredients exactly as written, but couldn't find grated Romano cheese. I did find a shredded Parmesan-Romano cheese blend which I "grated" at home using a small food processor. I did add about a cup or so extra of home canned tomatoes to the canned crushed tomatoes because I needed to use them. I don't think either of these differences would alter the flavor or outcome very much. I wanted to make this the day before, so I did refrigerate it overnight--this part was not part of the directions. I took it out of the refrigerator about an hour before I put it in the oven. It ended up taking about 2 hours to bake to the appropriate internal temperature. I used a metal 9 x 13 pan with deep sides and placed the pan on a baking tray. VERY generous portions! I served 8 guests and had about a half pan left. As a final note, I've always been searching for a lasagna recipe that I really loved and, this is it!! I will be making this again!

Another hit! delicious meat sauce, tons of cheese, what's not to like! and again, like all TSR recipes I made, taste exactly like the Oliver Garden version.
