In my opinion, these are so much better than OG breadsticks, and they even taste good the next day and they are easy to make!

A great recipe. Bread sticks came out very soft with just the right flavor. I baked them till they started turning golden brown on top, which for me was 9 minutes and they were done well. I made my own garlic salt for the topping (granulated garlic, kosher salt, and onion powder). I measured exactly 2 ounces for each piece of dough and it made 14 sticks that were the perfect size. While similar to Olive garden, I much prefer these over the restaurant's.

I definitely recommend this recipe if you just want some fluffy, lightly flavoured, simple breadsticks. I tried multiple times to make breadsticks similar to this before, but they never turned out right. Using this recipe, I was finally able to make soft, proper sticks!

I read a recent review where it was said, "We love these breadsticks! In fact, we don't enjoy eating them at Olive Garden anymore. They just don't compare to these." I agree whole heartedly! Since it's usually just my wife and me I halve the recipe. I have made them numerous times and each time they come out perfect!

This recipe didn't even come close to the orginal breadsticks at Olive Garden. I may use the recipe again, but with quite a few alterations.

These breadsticks came out crispier than they should have been. However, even with the burned bottoms, the seasoning tasted spot on.

This recipe was an excellent clone of Olive Garden breadsticks. Taste was nearly identical. I only experienced two problems with the first batch: difficulty removing the breadsticks from the parchment paper after baking and short, fat breadsticks. Next time, I will just flour the bottoms of the sticks a bit before putting on the parchment and roll out to about 9" long instead of 7". Doing both of these things should fix my issues. Great job! They taste wonderful! We're overseas military and there isn't an Olive Garden in site! Now I can make my favorites at home! Thank you so much!
