Tastes as good as the current McDonald's fries.
But what I would like you to clone are fries that taste like McDonald's fries did when they really were the best fries ever, back when they were cooked in beef tallow.

Tastes just like Mcdonald's, but crisper. Look great too.

After the ice water, the fries are blanched at 170 degrees for 11 to 14 min. I prefer to add beef broth and celery seed to the water. Why just copy when you can improve. Funny thing the potato, see through chips take longer to blanch, and steak fries will become mashed over 10 min.

This is the exact process that McDonald's use. In-fact if you go onto Youtube, there is one of those how it is made videos showing you this exact process. The ice bath is essential.
