Boiling canadian bacon for 10 minutes will turn it to rubber. Just quickly heat it up, dip it in the boiling water for about 15 seconds or microwave it for 30.

How I do the eggs, in a glass ramekin break the egg, slightly stir. Put in a microwave for 45 second, take out and salt & pepper to taste, done.

It was GREAT and yummy
I think the processed cheese gets closer to original. As a tip, wrap the muffin in greaseproof papaer in a 140F oven for a few minutes before serving - allows the ingredients to mingle
This is great! Now i make a healthier version at home.
