Great hack, good flavor, texture, and mouthfeel, except for one detail-- definitely blitz the oats in a blender or food processor before adding to cookie dough, otherwise the texture is bumpy rather than smooth.

Here's a tip for the oatmeal. Don't put it in there whole. Use either a food processor/blender to grind into fine powder or oat flour. Mine turned out really bumpy, but good.

WOW! This recipe is amazing. Just be sure to use a SMALL teaspoon of the mix. It looks like it's tiny, but the cookies really spread out. Also, be SURE to spray the pan very well, then the cookies will spread out instead of rising up in a little lump, looking more like the original cookies. They come out of the oven with a slightly lighter color than the Little Debbie snacks, but taste better!

WOW!!! This is one of the first recipes I've made and "WOW" is all I can say. My husband even thinks that your version tasted BETTER than the original. I love the original and purchase them all the time, but it was really easy to make them at home and they really did taste great!

This is a great recipe. It's just as good or even better and they don't take that long to make. Also they're so easy to make.
