I've tried several dozen clones for different things from the books and online, and this one is the closest to the real thing I have found. I'd even go a bit farther and say that this version is a tad fresher than the original. I start with a about a cup of unground corn flakes, and then mix them with the other ingredients in my food processor. While I've never tried it with chicken, the results with pork have been supurb!
