I made this using only 1 teaspoon of grand marnier and it came out just like Jason's. Added a little extra grand marnier once it sat for a hour. Also made a non alcohol version using 1 tsp of orange extract. Came out just a good

I do not use brown sugar. I use Agava Nectar light sweetner. It taste better and lower calories. Or try a sweet syrup instead of brown sugar.

4 tsp of Grand Marnier was way too much. Ended up using the whole 16 oz of sour cream and that toned it down some. Other than that the dip was great!

I used to work at Jasons deli and that is the exact recipe except we made it on a larger scale.
