I've done mine this way for years, even cut the chickens head off. We are farmers...do 50 chickens a year for the freezer.

I resisted adding any extra herbs or spices- am I glad I did!!! YUM-O! Use a big pot!

This is a great soup. Very versatile too-you can add more seasoning or veggies to your taste

This soup is awesome. It's kinda how I make my soup except I boil the chicken to get the broth and I also use poultry seasoning in it for more flavor.

Good solid recipe. I sometimes substitute wild rice or other rices instead of the noodles. Nice job.
