Great recipe. I served it with ranch dressing. Topped off the garlic flavor really well.

I just had what looks like the exact same thing at Karl Strauss Brewery in Carlsbad. They were awesome and this is a good duplication of those as well.

Well, I saw the recipe, had everything in the house and since it is so easy I couldn't wait to try them and they are great. I deep fried my fries cause that's the way I like them. I'm a big garlic fan so these hit the spot. I've never had the original but these are very good.
