This is a simple alternative to store bought GF flour, and since it's nearly impossible to buy mustard now without paprika, it's easy enough to use this recipe and just leave that out. Thanks for this.

Great to have this recipe. Trade out the Wondra flour for Gluten-Free flour and it is perfect for my Celiac daughter! Now she can have mustard again!
