So brilliantly simple. I am shocked nobody had thought to crush up something like Cheetos and use it as a seasoning before in a commercial setting. One of my favourite hacks for creamy pasta sauces and fries seasoning for years, has been to use Doritos cheese supreme and crush them into a dust to use as a seasoning. This recipe is awesome, the clarified butter is definitely essential and it might even be worth buying clerified butter from the store.
