Ratings and Reviews of Chick-fil-A Spicy Southwest Salad & Creamy Salsa Dressing

I never walked in a Chick-Fil-A and ordered a salad and I doubt I ever will. However, I did this recipe because my wife asked me to since it's her favorite and I must admit I was hooked. So much so that I did it again 2 days later. I took a little shortcut and used quality canned corn and it still came out great. Thank you Todd.

I've not had the restaurant version of this dish, but the TSR photo looked so good, I had to give it a try! This produced the juiciest chicken and most flavorful dressing I've ever made. However, the pepitas were very much stars of the show in their own right, too. Thanks for the great, easy-to-follow recipe!
