I used wild, fresh King salmon that I bought on sale. King salmon is expensive, but has a much better texture and taste than the cheaper salmons. The 2 sauces were labor intensive but were worth it. They were both delicious. I highly recommend this recipe with King salmon for a special occasion .

AMAZING!!! I just fininshed making this recipe. I have to say it was spot on. I used fresh garlic & ginger paste, which I found in the produce area by the fresh herbs. This saved me time.

This salmon was out of control good! The two sauces with it are outstanding! My family ate every last bit. We will definately make this again and again!
