I have used this recipe since 2002! It’s the best New York cheesecake I’ve ever made in my life:) It’s also my whole family’s favorite recipe too.

Don't modify a thing. It is perfect perfect perfect. I served with mascerated strawberries. My gosh, so good. Pro Tip: Beat the hell out of the cream cheese mixture. No lumps. Whip it on med high speed for at least 2-3 minutes. Also, at the end of baking, the top will be pretty brown ---that's ok, because the inside is creamy dreamy perfect.

Delicious! Much more moist than a typical New York style cheesecake. I have never tasted the original, but have to say that this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had... Yummm. You owe it to yourself and your family to make this. I'm not a baker and the recipe is easy to make but tastes like you have been baking for years!

I made a couple of modifications to the recipe. My son asked, "Can you make one of your marvelous cheesecakes for my teacher?" Enough said!

I have used this recipe as well as the recipe posted on Carnegie's website, and TSR's is killer. Way to go Todd.
