This recipe was very good. Everyone in the family loved it. They even thought that I had bought it from a restaurant. I left it overnight marinading, I think it gets a stronger flavor.

I've used this recipe countless times. The marinade is great on whole chickens too; just stuff into a zip bag and marinate longer-like overnight. I don't bother to pound the chicken either. Just lazy I guess!
