I love BWW parmesan garlic wings, and I had a ton of oyster mushrooms, so I did "a thing." Deep fried the mushrooms in a crispy batter, then tossed them in this sauce. It was a great appetizer or side for us non-vegetarian types, but a good "wings" substitute for vegetarians or for a Meatless Monday dinner.

Tastes amazingly close. I finished it off in the broiler to get that awesome carmalization. I will be making this one for along time!!!

Tried it and this is a pretty good clone.
Love the sauces from here, and they've been making progressively better ones as time goes on. One note though, most everyone around here calls it BW3, which actually stands for Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck, the full name of the chain. (Weck is a type of sandwich from Buffalo)
