I served this last night for guests and it was fantastic. My children said it was better than the dish served at Applebee's. I too couldn't get the sauce to thicken so I added a little cornstarh and water--perfect. I used Splenda brown sugar, low sugar marmalade and a brown rice pilaf. It does make a huge amount!
This recipe was great!! I did add some cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce up a bit. Otherwise an A+ meal that everyone at my table enjoyed.

I made this for dinner last night. I used popcorn chicken instead of strips. My only issue was that I could not get the sauce to thicken up. Other than that I was real good and even my daughter liked it!
This is a great recipe. I couldn't enjoy the original in the restaurant because I am allergic to mushrooms!!! With the recipe, I can just leave them out and enjoy the rest.

This is a really good meal salad, but I preferred using pregrilled and chilled chicken breasts in mine. Better for you anyway.
