Melting Pot Gorgonzola Port Sauce

It only takes a little bit of port wine to perfectly flavor this creamy gorgonzola dipping sauce, which tastes great on your fondue-cooked beef and vegetables.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon port wine
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles (1 5-ounce tub)

Instructions1. Combine all ingredients, except the gorgonzola, in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in the gorgonzola cheese crumbles, then cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
