This recipe tastes just like the fondly remembered spaghetti dish from that special Italian Restaurant, being fancified with a meat sauce that has a scrumptious and memorable taste. I swear this is recipe is fabulous and is on the level (or better than) "restaurant quality". If you follow Todd's recipe exactly, you will feel just like you are sitting in the best seat of the Old Spaghetti Factory and having a nostaglic restaurant dish that can no longer be purchased, as most OSF's are closed now.
