Unfortunately, this isn't it. If you read the Cajun Sparkle packet, you'll see it has molasses flavor, corn syrup flavor and several other things not listed here. While I'm sure this is a great recipe, it's not the Popeye's Cajun Sparkle copycat.

I use only about half the salt when I make a new batch and it turns out much better. My favorite thing to sprinkle it over is a pork chop. Season it up and throw it on a George Foreman grill and you have a quick, easy and delicious entree.

You nailed it! This is awesome and exactly like you get at Popeyes. Hurry and develop the fried chicken recipe.

YUMMY! I am hundreds of miles from a Popeye's so this was great to put on my chicken tonight.

This is one great Seasoning. It goes well on anything. I tried it with and without the MSG. It is 100% better with the MSG than without. I triple the recipe and put it in an old Season-All shaker.

This was really good rubbed on chicken breasts before grilling. It gave it a bit of zing. next, i'm going to try it on steak or hamburger.

Way too salty! Cut back on the amount of salt.
