I use only about half the salt when I make a new batch and it turns out much better. My favorite thing to sprinkle it over is a pork chop. Season it up and throw it on a George Foreman grill and you have a quick, easy and delicious entree.

You nailed it! This is awesome and exactly like you get at Popeyes. Hurry and develop the fried chicken recipe.

Great on Fish. I left out the MSG.

YUMMY! I am hundreds of miles from a Popeye's so this was great to put on my chicken tonight.

This is one great Seasoning. It goes well on anything. I tried it with and without the MSG. It is 100% better with the MSG than without. I triple the recipe and put it in an old Season-All shaker.

This was really good rubbed on chicken breasts before grilling. It gave it a bit of zing. next, i'm going to try it on steak or hamburger.

Way too salty! Cut back on the amount of salt.
