Ice cold butter...almost frozen, then use a box cheese grater. Even distribution of the butter in the bowl will make these to die for!

This is just a basic Buttermilk biscuit recipe and does not taste like Popeye's buttermilk biscuits.

Made these biscuits to the recipe and they were not even close to Popeye's Biscuits. Not good at all!!!

I never thought I'd ever be able to duplicate those awesome bisquits from Popeyes, but by golly after using this recipe I DID IT !! Now I've got all of my Harley ridin Brothers and Sisters nominating me to make breakfast on the weekends when we all get together!
